5 SILENT GASTRITIS TRIGGERS YOU MIGHT NOT NOTICE !! Sometimes, it’s not only about what you eat. Your daily habits can also affect how your stomach feels. 1- Eating too fast When I eat too quickly, I may swallow more air, and my stomach has less time to adjust to the food. So, I try to slow down, take smaller bites, and give myself enough time to eat. 2- Skipping meals When I skip meals or go too long without eating, I may notice more stomach discomfort or burning. So, I try to keep my meals more regular instead of waiting until I’m extremely hungry. 3- Eating too much at once When I eat a very large meal, my stomach can feel too full, bloated, or uncomfortable. So, I try to control my portion and avoid putting too much food into my stomach at one time. 4- Too much caffeine ☕ When I drink too much coffee or other caffeinated drinks, I may notice that my stomach symptoms become worse. So, I try to reduce my caffeine intake and pay attention to how my stomach reacts. 5- Stress and poor sleep 😮💨 When I’m stressed or don’t get enough sleep, I may notice that my stomach feels more sensitive. So, I try to get enough rest, manage my stress, and give my body time to recover. At the end of the day, everyone can have different triggers. For me, learning to notice what makes my stomach feel better or worse helped me take better care of it. Sometimes, small changes in your daily habits can make a big difference. ❤️ #gastritis #gga #stomachproblems #fyp #kualalumpur
