Wetherspoons is slashing the price of all food and drink for one day only this September 🍔🍺 The pub chain has announced a 7.5% discount across its entire menu on September 17 as part of its annual Tax Equality Day campaign. The offer will be available at Wetherspoons pubs across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, with discounts also applying to alcoholic drinks. In Scotland, the reduction will apply to food and non-alcoholic drinks only. Wetherspoons says the promotion is designed to highlight the difference in VAT treatment between pubs and supermarkets. The discount could see customers pay as little as £6.97 for a large breakfast and £5.09 for a pint of Bud Light, depending on location. #ThisIsMoney #Money #News #UK
