I don't think I will ever

I don't think I will ever understand how people have sex with somebody they don't have an emotional connection with. I just find it so boring. Because the emotions are what mentally stimulate you and the sexual experience is so much more fun. Whenever you are mentally stimulated and and you're actually emotionally connected to this person, it makes you feel more. Anything else is just bland. And I'm not really sure why people pride themselves on the fact that they don't care after having sex with somebody. Like they don't care about the other person. That's just a lack of empathy and it's not really a skill that you wanna develop because you're essentially teaching yourself to not be able to be vulnerable with somebody, meaning that later down the line, it's gonna be really hard for you to be able to be vulnerable with the person you wanna spend the rest of your life with, making your future long term relationships way harder to actually navigate and and get through. You're kind of setting yourself up for failure, especially when you participate in hook up culture.
