Siggi's yogurt

siggi's Icelandic-style yogurt uses simple ingredients and not a lot of sugar. It's thick, creamy, rich in protein and packed with probiotic milk cultures.

Why it worked

The video succeeds by using a relatable, low-stakes 'micro-mystery'—questioning the product's texture—which encourages audience engagement and comments while feeling authentic rather than scripted.

Summary

A creator reviews a cup of Siggi's yogurt, expressing confusion over the lack of visible fruit pieces despite the label claiming it is made with fruit purees. She asks her audience to clarify if this texture is typical for the brand.

Structure

1Creator introduces Siggi's yogurt as a new purchase
2Reads the label instructions and ingredient list
3Inspects the yogurt for fruit pieces
4Expresses confusion about the texture

Is it placebo? Do I need to see the fruit to taste it? Do ya’ll eat Siggi’s?

Product placement

Siggi's yogurt: (a) ACTS — the creator opens the container, inspects the contents, and reads the label to verify ingredients. Removing it would change the entire premise of the video. It is the subject of the review and the reason for the video.
