How I make my chia pudding breakfast for skin & gut health 🥝🫐🍓🥝🪽✨ You guys saw me make this fresh batch yesterday. Look at that texture. Consistency is perfect. Look at this texture, consistency is perfect. I did this with soy milk as you guys saw, but you can do with any milk, regular milk, plant-based milk, of course you can do it with water too, but then it doesn't really become like a pudding. I want to say I haven't had chia pudding in a long time. I have some really good toppings. That looks about good. That was around like four or five scoops. As you can see, there's still a lot left. So this, honestly, for me and my boyfriend, probably lasts us three or four days. I had a few people say that they put Greek yogurt in it for extra protein, which I've done before. I have put Greek yogurt in the actual mixture. And to be honest, you can't put enough in here to get a significant amount of protein per serving without messing up the texture. So I like to just have yogurt on the side. I'm using my Siggis today. This is banana flavored. I have the strawberry one yesterday, but I tried the banana one after. Honestly, I think that this is just as good. It's a very fresh banana. Not like a weird fake banana. I'm going to scoop some out. Adding half a cup of yogurt into your chia seed pudding when you really think about it, you're spreading this over three or four days. It's not much protein. Just have it on the side. Are you guys ready for the best toppings today? First, we're going to do some all natural crunchy peanut butter. There's already some healthy fats from the sear, but I just love the taste of peanut butter with chia pudding. And I have some farm fresh blueberries that I just made my boyfriend wash. So we're going to add a few handfuls of this. Best antioxidants in the world. Berries have the highest amount of fiber. I believe for the amount that you're eating. So we're going to add some golden kiwi slices on the side over here. It's way too much work to try to peel this kiwi if I can just eat the whole thing. The best part, frozen mango chunks. It's going to make this taste like a dessert. Oh. Okay. And this is the completed chia pudding bowl. Cheers. This would really keep you full for quite a long time because it has so much fiber and healthy fat. But I would usually have this and then maybe an hour or so later, have a bunch of egg whites or eggs just to top off on the protein because right now this is only probably like 7 grams of protein. The benefit of making it with soy milk is that you get more protein with the chia pudding itself. And it's a complete protein, so you don't have to supplement with anything else. Mango. Enjoy.
