My girlfriend and I are both vet techs and today we're working the same shift at the same hospital. We always work at the same hospital, but we usually work in different departments, but today we both picked up, so it's the same department. I spend most of my shifts in ICU and she spends most of her shifts in internal medicine, but today we're both ICU. But I got like zero sleep and I started my period today, so I made a coffee and tried to do like some skincare to feel better about myself. But look at us, look how cute we are. And on these really long days, we take the dogs with us because it's just not fair to leave them home for 12 hours. I got to work and immediately cracked open an energy drink and this little girl just made my day. Like this just made everything so much better. I carried her around with me all day. You know it's going to be a good day when there's a baby possum. And look at this little thing all wrapped up in a blanket, how cute. I love that we get to bring them. And then Brooke went to Publix and got me a lime Diet Coke. I was so happy. And then there's River just watching her mom. And then it was an extra good day because this little thing came in. She's so cute. Brooke just stole her right up. She cut me this little vet wrap heart, how cute. I would show you more, but I can't show you patients. So here's more of us.
