1. Progressive overload — Gradually increase weight, reps, or sets over time on your lifts. Your muscles only grow when you CONSISTENTLY challenge them beyond what they're used to. 2. Follow a plan — Stick to a structured program like mine on @Ladder | Fitness App (link in bio) instead of random workouts, your volume and intensity need to build in a logical progression. Consistency with a plan beats random effort every time. 3. Focus on mind-muscle connection — Slow down your reps and REALLY feel the glutes working through the full range of motion, especially at the top of the movement. This maximizes muscle activation instead of letting other muscles take over. 4. Eat enough protein to support growth — Your muscles need adequate protein and overall CALORIES to actually rebuild and grow after training. Aim for roughly 0.7-1g of protein per pound of bodyweight daily. 5. Prioritize recovery, don't overtrain — Growth happens during rest, not during the workout itself, so sleep and spacing out heavy sessions matter as much as the training. Pushing through fatigue or skipping rest days will stall your progress, not speed it up. #GymTok #gymtransformation #glutes #glutegrowth #gluteworkout
