The easiest creamy Crockpot White Chicken Chili you’ll ever make 🤤 Ingredients: Chicken Breast Rotel Fire Roasted Corn Southwest Style Corn Black Beans Dark Red Kidney Beans Cream Cheese Chicken Broth Sour Cream Tortilla Strips Black Pepper Garlic Powder Onion Powder Cajun Seasoning Paprika Chili Powder Ranch Seasoning Instructions: Add 2 large chicken breasts to your crockpot. Season the chicken thoroughly. Start with about 1/4 teaspoon of each seasoning and adjust with your taste. Add 2 cans of mild Rotel, 1 can of drained southwest-style corn, 1 can of drained fire-roasted corn, 1 can of drained dark red kidney beans, and 1 can of drained black beans. Mix well. Season the mixture again with the same seasonings you used on the chicken, then add 1 packet of ranch seasoning (or about 3 tablespoons if using the shaker). Place 2 blocks of cream cheese on top, then pour in 1-2 cups of chicken broth depending on how thick or soupy you want it (1 cup is a good middle ground). Add a dollop of sour cream. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally if desired. Once finished, remove the chicken breasts and shred them, then return the shredded chicken to the crockpot and mix well. Garnish with additional sour cream and tortilla strips before serving.
