A huge thank you to owner Dolly and her daughter for inviting me into Divina Colombian Café. 🤍✨ The first thing I noticed was how vibrant and authentic the space feels. 🇨🇴🎨🌺 Dolly shared that much of the décor is imported straight from Colombia, and she even brings in certain ingredients from back home to keep her homemade recipes as authentic as possible. The empanadas were honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. 🤤🔥 Super crispy on the outside with tender, juicy meat inside. PRO TIP: Spoon the pico-style sauce on top instead of dipping so you keep all that crunch. 🌶️🥄 I also loved the house-made chorizo, the Colombian sodas 🥤🇨🇴 and the agua de panela 🍋🧊🤎, which was one of my favorite surprises of the meal.
