Why it worked

The video likely resonated due to its relatable, albeit slightly gross, topic of bathroom cleanliness and germaphobia, presented in a questioning and slightly humorous tone that encourages engagement and discussion.

Summary

The creator questions the practice of putting stones, pebbles, or marbles in bathroom sinks. They argue that these items trap germs and debris from handwashing and brushing teeth, similar to how jewelry can trap dirt, and therefore should be removed to avoid creating an obstacle course for dirtiness.

Structure

1Questioning stones in the sink
2Explaining the hygiene issue
3Comparing to jewelry
4Highlighting trapped germs and hair
5Concluding it creates a dirtiness obstacle
