I've been seeing so many people on TikTok get a Costco pizza and jush it up. And we're going to be trying that tonight. I'm going to attempt to make a hot honey basil hot honey ricotta basil pizza. Ricotta. But I just went to Costco and I got this giant pizza for $10. It's probably going to last us like four nights, so you do the math on how much that is per person per meal. Looks so good. I think I'm going to put it back in the oven. Okay, and then I just went to Trader Joe's and I got some basil and then some ricotta cheese. I'm going to go ahead and put this in a piping bag real quick. This is what I believe is going to make it the cherry on top. I've actually never tried the Trader Joe's ricotta, but I've heard really good things. This just looks like straight frosting. No doubts that this is going to be so good. I'm literally putting it in a Ziploc bag like I'm going to pipe some frosting on a cake. It'll be a good victory meal tonight because the Vikings won today. I'm only going to leave that in the oven for like five minutes because I just want it to like crisp up. Okay, now I'm just going to go ahead and cut my icing bag. Little dollops on here. I want fresh basil. Hopefully you don't have to wash basil first because I did not. This smells phenomenal. Now I'm going to add some parmesan. I wish I would have bought fresh parmesan, but we're working with what we got here. Wish we had hot honey in house, but we don't, so I'm just going to go ahead and add some honey. I could probably leave it here, but I think I'm going to throw it back in the oven for like two or three more minutes just so the basil is like nice and crisp. Okay, this is the finished product. So excited to try. Might just be the best thing since sliced bread. Here is my piece. Cut a piece off. I know this is a lame way to eat pizza. 10 out of 10.
