Cacio e Pepe 🧀🍝 Ingredients:
Black pepper
Pecorino
Spaghetti Cook the spaghetti al dente and save some pasta water. Mix finely grated Pecorino with a little pasta water until creamy. Toast the black pepper in a pan, add some pasta water and toss in the spaghetti. Lower the heat and add the Pecorino sauce with a little more pasta water. Toss until creamy and silky.
