Autumn has officially come to Colorado, and election day is just around the corner. And given that it's my home state, I feel compelled to let you know that the Republican candidate for governor could quite literally be insane 😬 If you're unaware of some of the claims Marx has made about himself, here's just a few: • Childhood killing: He has said that his abusive stepfather forced him, at age 7, to shoot and kill a man. Authorities reportedly found no record corroborating the killing •Adult killings: He has suggested that people may have died as a result of his actions while defending himself or operating overseas, but has declined to provide specifics. • Ordering a U.S. airstrike: Marx has claimed that, while a civilian, he called in an airstrike that killed 70 ISIS fighters. The claim has not been independently substantiated. • Meeting Satan: He has said that he encountered Satan "through a person" while performing an exorcism at a Texas youth prison. • Demons and exorcisms: Marx has publicly described performing exorcisms and characterized his anti-trafficking work as also involving "hunting demons." • 40,000+ rescues: His ministry/campaign materials have claimed that he helped rescue more than 40,000 women and children from abuse or trafficking; reporting says the figure was subsequently removed from his campaign website after being challenged. • Paramilitary operations: In his memoir, Marx describes assembling teams of former CIA personnel, Marines, Navy SEALs and Delta Force personnel for overseas rescue operations, including carrying weapons and maintaining an armory. Needless to say, but Victor Marx is quite literally the weirdest, scariest, and all around craziest candidate that the Republican party has ever put forward in Colorado- if not the nation. I certainly will not be voting for him, ans if you consider yourself a rational human being, I would encourage you not to either... #victormarx #colorado #2026elections #coloradocheck #coloradopolitics
