I spent £40 on meat at my local farm shop. I picked up some staples for this week which consisted of 1kg of beef mince, 1kg of chicken thighs, 900g of oxtail and 600g of chicken breast. The total came to £38.40p A few of you guys said to try out a local farm shop for meat instead of the supermarket so I did! In all fairness I think I probably got more for my money, but I was still sceptical about the quality of the meat in particular the chickens.
