Use good ceremonial grade matcha, water that’s hot but not boiling, and a barista style oat milk that gives you that creaminess without overpowering the matcha.

60g hot water, 180°F / 82°C (1/4 cup)
20g vanilla syrup (3tsp)
120g ice (3/4cup)
