Mayci has come forward and shared what scenes were dropped from her storyline on Secret Lives of Mormon Wives this season. Now Mayci does state that this isn't anything new. A lot of the other women storylines get completely dropped from her storyline on Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. They filmed all the way up through her pregnancy until like a couple days before she had her baby. Then they had to hop right back into filming because of Taylor getting into the Bachelor franchise stuff. And she goes on to say that she was just four weeks postpartum. So, while everybody online is calling them bad friends because obviously we know the season's era at a later date. She's like, all the while, we are literally still healing from having a baby. I'm wearing diapers because I am so freshly postpartum. Hopping back in so that we can create Taylor's storyline. What? She goes on to explain that there was so much cut from her story. Specifically, her book and her book tour and making New York Times bestseller list. She was also filming with her sister, who is going to be on Secret Lives of Mormon Wives OC and thought that was a great storyline. To basically kind of merge the two. I agree. If you want us to be excited about the OC, which most of us weren't, and production still cut it. I just, I don't know. I am just absolutely baffled at what Hulu and Disney are trying to get out with Taylor and when is enough enough. Like when is the toxicity of creating Taylor's story, not letting the other mom talk members come forward and share their side so we can actually have some lightheartedness and we're being forced fed Taylor's story when even her own mom is saying it's not good. It's disgusting. It's gross. Mayci did come forward when people were asking after Michaela announced she is leaving Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, I believe midway through season six, if she will be leaving season six and then she is unsure as well. It's just so horrible. Like they have it in their hands to really create something good. Their lives are still interesting. They are influencers. They have a lot going on. They have a lot of events. We do not need a toxic DV relationship happening on our TV for it to be good reality TV. It comes to a point where we've crossed that threshold into concerning behavior. And I really do think Hulu needs to put a stop to it. But I want to hear what you guys think. How do you feel about her and her entire storyline and all the rest of the women's storyline being cut? Let me know your thoughts down in the comments. Are you staying on the show? Please say yes.
