Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
I'm going to give you a breakdown so you don't have to watch I think five videos. This creator goes by Alexander on her actual page, but if you see at the very top it says Allie. So I'm going to call her Allie. I hope that's okay. She went to a New York designer to have a custom dress made. She said after looking at all the numbers with alterations and things that go into basically a wedding dress shopping at any local store, she felt like she could spend the extra money on a custom wedding gown. She decided to use this lady here and we will get into it in a minute, but it's called Undone by Kate. Undone is a little foreshadowing. She starts off by saying that she had come in with some designs that she really liked, gave her these kind of inspo pics. Now I'll be honest, the inspiration pictures that she showed, I don't think look anything like this, but this is what they sketched up and she said that she was perfectly fine with this because both Kate and her mother were like, you know what, let's start with this and we'll kind of go from there. She says her first dress fitting was in November of 2025 and this is what it looked like. She basically says she liked everything, it fit really well. She was definitely hopeful at this point because all she wanted her to do was kind of drop this waist here. Other than that, she felt very confident about this first fitting. But unfortunately, this is where things take a turn for the worst and you can see her disappointment in this screenshot. Perfect timing of my screenshot because what the fuck is this, right? So you can see that a lot of this is just so large. It's so bunchy. It's like almost blue. What is this color? White. I don't even know. And the thing is, is it's not the same gown. That's really important to remember. She said she was so freaking disappointed. She's like, uh, I'm really nervous about this. She said this was in March of 2026. So she's definitely getting nervous because they only have three visits together, the November one, the March one and then it's supposed to be the final product. She said, uh, this is nowhere near done. So I was insistent on getting another fitting before the final fitting because this was just awful. She then goes in May and you guys, it's a completely different dress again. The color completely different. Where did that blue go? It now it's like a really ivory color. She said it still doesn't fit. She still didn't drop the waist like she wanted. She's like, this is just an absolute mess. At this point, she's feeling really nervous. She reaches out. She starts kind of having these like email threads. She wanted to have some, you know, proof of of her talking to this designer and her team stating that these are all the things I want done and nothing's getting done. She also stated that they did not have a contract signed, okay? Which a lot of people are like, oh, big red flag, big red flag, which like in hindsight, maybe it probably was, okay? But anyway, she's like, I am so discouraged at this point. I send another email. I'm going back and forth and all they are worried about is getting their final payment. She says, I'm not making a final payment until I start seeing improvements on this dress. The owner then insists that she comes to the final fitting after she's like sitting there thinking, you know what, I don't think this is going to be ready in time. It's May, you know, almost June. I'm getting married in August. Like this is not okay. She then goes to her final fitting after kind of being, you know, pushed into it from the designer and this is her final fitting. Again, completely different dress. Now she's got all this extra bunchiness in her belly. She's like, this is this is insane. Like this is insane. She said that the neckline was super straight across. Basically, they did nothing. This is this is weeks out from her wedding. I think she said she was like a month and a couple of days out from her wedding at her last fitting where she was like, absolutely not. Of course, she takes to TikTok because she's pissed. She asks for a partial refund from the woman after she said like, I'm done. I, you know, I've tried to give you guys several times. I've tried to state that I really wanted to end this relationship. You said no, that I needed to keep coming to these fittings, that I needed to pay you. I'm not paying you anymore. I would like a partial refund and I would like to dissolve this, you know, working relationship on this gown. I do not think it's going to be anything like I want for my wedding. Basically, the owner was like, I'm not giving you a refund. She stated that she sent her an email twice and the owner copied and pasted the same email multiple times stating that she is not going to give her the refund. But what would you have it? The owner sees the video, outers herself because Allie was actually so kind. She was really trying hard not to out this person. She said, all I'm going to do is just tell all my close family, friends and anybody in the wedding industry not to use her. Other than that, word of mouth, that's all I'm willing to do, but I had to get this story out. And this lady comes on and says, oh, it's me. It's me. You guys have probably seen this. Um, people were kind of figuring out who it was, I think. But she basically like outers herself and she's like, I want to give my side of the story. I was always planning to give her a refund. So she starts off the video showing the refund, but funny enough, the refund didn't come until after Allie had made that very first video. So this doesn't check out like you were ever going to give her the refund. You just knew that that video was going viral. She does share the screenshot of what she sent in the email and then what Allie had responded back to Kate. And honestly, everybody in the comments was like, this is not a good look. You should delete this. Oh, and it didn't help because she was reading like a chat GPT uh prompt in the background. That's how she did this video. The apology was not good. Allie did respond and just say, hey, like, if she's really receiving a ton of hate, um, you know, threats that everybody says that they get, which guys, I will say, people are crazy and they do send those. So I'm actually not saying she's not getting them. It's not an excuse for your behavior and how you treated this bride, right? So anyways, Allie says that the creator, uh, Kate is saying that, you know, after she requested a partial refund, we both agreed we wait till the final fitting in hopes that she would love the finished dress. Anyways, she didn't. We intended to give her the full refund, which we know was a lie. Because then Allie shares that same email and it says right here on this line, um, you know, we are not able to offer you a full refund or cancel remaining balance. Allie does state that she found her dress of her dreams. She's like, I am done. I review call this negative energy. I didn't like her energy during the process. I'm not taking on her energy after the process. Thank you so much for my refund. I'm ready to move on. But Kate swears that Allie is just continuing this narrative that, you know, now people think that she's a terrible wedding dress designer, which Allie says, no, I don't think she's a terrible wedding dress designer. Actually, I was referred to her and I think that she's done really amazing work. I just don't know why she didn't want to work with me. I don't know why my dress process was so vastly different than what I was told. And so again, I'm just going to let you see the final product. We've got here, here, these weird bows in the back, and then just another back shot. Now what I will say is, it did look like this, uh, wedding designer was just buying these dresses from like Shein or something like that and then taking them in accordingly. Um, a lot of people have found some listings that look very similar and even some seamstress have said, uh, this does not look like the same wedding dress. She was definitely trying to scam you. I'll let you guys be the judge of that. Do you see this entire series and what are your thoughts? Let me know down in the comments.
