Why it worked

The video likely worked due to its shocking and unhygienic demonstration, which created a strong negative reaction and encouraged sharing as a cautionary tale. The creator's direct and unfiltered commentary, combined with the visual evidence of poor product handling, made it highly engaging and shareable.

Summary

The creator demonstrates a process of filling jars with a face scrub, but expresses dissatisfaction with the process and the product's hygiene. She notes that the scrub has fallen onto the scale and table, and that her pants also have scrub on them, leading her to rate the experience poorly and state she would not recommend it.

Structure

1Demonstrating filling jars with face scrub
2Expressing dissatisfaction with the process and hygiene
3Noting the product has fallen onto the scale and table
4Commenting on personal contamination and poor rating
5Rinsing product off equipment

Filling Cool Spring Turmeric Sugar Scrub Jars! 3/2026 Buyer Beware. Caitlin Slaughter aka Crafty Slaughter a small TikTok business putting face scrub that has fallen onto the scale and table BACK INTO jars she plans to SELL to customers -Tatiana The Night Shift Crew this is very much not satisfying for me. I have no idea how to hold the bag. I'm not a baker. Pants have turmeric sugar scrub on them too. This awful. Uh, ten out of ten. Would not recommend. I did spray the scale with first aid antiseptic spray. so nothing is going to go to waste because um I try not to waste things. let's put it that way. And I am gonna have to literally rinse off the turmeric sugar scrub off the edges of this. These jars, cause it's. It's um a little bit much.
