Why it worked

The use of a relatable skit format to frame educational content makes the technical gym advice feel more engaging and accessible to a wider audience.

Summary

The creator performs a skit where she plays both a coach and a student to demonstrate three specific exercises for targeting the upper glutes. The video provides instructional text overlays for each exercise, including starting positions, movement cues, and key form points.

Structure

1Skit introduction identifying the goal
2Demonstration of hip thrusts
3Demonstration of 45-degree hip extensions
4Demonstration of cable kickbacks
5Summary and call to action

Product placement

Oner Active (a) it APPEARS — the brand is tagged in the caption and the creator is wearing the brand's clothing throughout the video. Removing the tag and the brand logo on the clothing would not change the instructional content of the video.
