Getting an offer accepted is NOT the finish line. It’s just the beginning. Even after going under contract, there are still hurdles to get through: inspections, negotiations, appraisal, financing, and final loan approval. And sometimes, keeping a good deal together means finding a solution that works for BOTH sides. That doesn’t mean a seller should agree to every repair a buyer asks for. But when there are legitimate concerns with the house, sometimes it makes more sense to find a reasonable compromise instead of starting all over again. Especially because the buyer can always decide, within their contractual rights, that another house makes more sense for them. And that other offer you had before? It might not be there anymore. When selling a home, emotions can get involved, but you still need a plan. Sometimes the best opportunity is the one sitting in front of you, not the “what if” you’re hoping comes next. Our job is to help you look at the entire picture, understand your options, and guide you toward the finish line. 🎬 Based by real events.
