There’s a right order to doing things, especially when buying a house! It’s okay to get excited and make plans, but don’t get so far ahead of yourself that you start spending time, energy, and money on a house you don’t even own yet. And when you move into a neighborhood, the goal should be to add value to the community, not come in with your own agenda. This episode was inspired by real events, but we definitely stretched it for comedy. The situation might be exaggerated, but buyers getting ahead of themselves is something we see more often than you’d think! Moral of the story: Buy the house first.
