My Curly hair rout, My Curly hair routine and I focus more on definition instead of volume so to begin with I use the L'oreal Dream Length Curls Shampoo and I make sure I scrub it in with my fingertips after scrubbing with my fingertips I go in with the hair scrub and make sure I get all the product build up out of my hair and this also helps stimulate hair growth I've noticed after using a hair scrub this has really helped get some length into my hair even though it's already long when I get to rinse my hair I also use the hair scrub so I can get all the shampoo out of my hair since my hair is a little thick from the roots it also helps my fingers and hands because after a while my hands get really tired so this really really helps after rinsing I go in with the conditioner as well from the Dream Length Curl from L'oreal and during my conditioning process I make sure that I separate my crown from the rest of my hair the conditioner makes my hair really soft and it helps me section my hair faster when I'm outside the shower because when I'm outside the shower and I need to section my hair it takes forever so I just do it in the shower in the shower I like to scrunch the conditioner out of my hair you know just to get a little scrunch in there once out of the shower I like to take the bottom section and split it into two so I can start with putting the products in and detangling I grab one section and put it under the sink so I can re wet it because the spray bottle takes forever so I just put it under the sink I go in with the leave in conditioner spray bottle from the not your mother's Curl collection and this really helps detangling and it helps taking out all the knots I like to detangle my hair with my fingers first and take out the knots so the brush doesn't do any damage after I like to go with the brush from the ends to my roots never start from your roots cause it creates more damage to your hair and you're trying to lose less hair and the way to do that is to start from your ends and then to your roots once your tooth comb and a regular brush go through your hair like this that means you're ready to add the rest of your products I first use the Curl Talk cream from not your mother's and add a decent amount to the section I just untangled and I added evenly until every inch of that section has that product after this I go in with the hair gel but the one I usually use is the Eco Pink gel but luckily I had the not your mother's as well so I just use that also distribute this evenly and then after that you're gonna go in with your styling brush I section this horizontally and then I go in but before I go in I like to use my regular brush to make sure it's fully untangled so the brush can go in smoothly when I brush it I go with my brush backwards and then I go forwards like so and then I give a little shake so it could form those curls I do this for the rest of that section because the other section is still untouched you have to re-wet it put the leave in conditioner detangle it with your fingers first before going with your brush and after you detangle with your brush you put in your cream your gel and then you can start styling don't forget to detangle your hair from your ends to your roots after your brushes go through then you can start in with your products for example your cream and then your gel and on the crown I like to add a little bit more than usual because you know your crown is the one that really pops I distribute that evenly to my hair and then I go in with the hair gel also making sure that it is evenly into my hair and then of course we can go in with the styling brush afterwards and this time with the styling brush it's a little tricky because my hair is really long I have to make sure it's fully untangled and then before I go with the brush I throw it all the way back like that and then I go in and pull I give it a little shake afterwards and then I do that for the rest of that section my arms here get really really tired because I'm extending them to its full length and they're just constantly up so my hands are probably burning by now I go in with the mousse as finalizing everything and then I make sure I scrunch that in and I make sure my hair is upside down because this is the crown we're talking about it needs as much volume as possible after scrunching in the mousse I like to scrunch in a little bit of hair gel as well so my curls can hold and also they can last a little longer after this I usually scrunch my hair into a shirt to take all the excess water out and I hate to do this to you guys but I have to make a part two because my diffusing process itself it's also kind of long and I feel like it'd be better since this video is already long so make sure you check out my page for part 2 which is already probably gonna be up as well
