What's a red flag you see in an interview where you say I'll never hire this person? Red flag? Okay, so I'm hiring a guy for director of studio here. We already have a guy here, Justin, same position. I'm interviewing a bunch of guys and he comes in and I say, so how much experience you got? He comes from the traditional NBC, ABC, 20 years plus experience. I said, how good are you at YouTube? Oh, very good. I said, really? How familiar are you with Creator Studios? Very good. Fantastic. I said, show me how many subscribers such and such interview with Kobe Bryant got. So he goes, well, uh, he's just going like this. I said, why don't you just tell me you don't know? So then he comes and does the interview and guess what he says? I don't know, but I'll learn. Justin said that. Yes. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can say in a job interview, I don't know how to do it, but I will learn. That tells the interviewer, this is a person of character. Don't bullshit the interview, they're gonna find out later on anyway.
