Breaking Plant News! Today we have the new Knock Out Rose, live and available for purchase in very limited quantities. Very limited quantities. If you missed my first video on this, this is the new Knock Out Rose called the Triple Knock Out. It has more petals per flower, so it's trying to get that sort of cupped English rose style while keeping the easiness and the landscape use of the Knock Out rose family. Now I actually have a chance to see this plant in person. I saw this at Big Bloomers Sanford NC* not Raleigh in Raleigh, North Carolina. If you want to see it in a video form, go check that video out. But this is one of the blooms. It does have a beautiful rose in person. Honestly, probably the first time in my life I've ever actually considered buying a Knock Out Rose for my own landscape because I'm not usually a fan of their form. It does have a really lovely fragrance. It does have a smack in the face fragrance as you were walking. I did get down closer to smell it, but once I was there, it was a beautiful, sort of sweet nose. It does have be hardy in zones 4 through 11 and they are compact, roughly 2 to 3 feet tall and wide, the tag size says. It does have link in my you can grab limited quantities for fall shipping and you are getting a 1 gallon pot size. It does have it does come with the one year warranty. Let me know if you're going to grab one. Like I said, this is the first time that I have been tempted to acquire a Knock Out Rose for myself. I thought it was a really pretty flower in person. Not super duper deep red, more of raspberry red, which works with my landscape a lot better than the more traditional true reds.
