turning my first house into a home after selling my childhood home

For anyone new here, last year I sold my childhood home after losing multiple of my parents to cancer. My husband and I just purchased our first home. I wanted to give you guys some updates because things are now moving along with the kitchen. I kind of want to show you guys like almost the final product, even though it's like not fully finished. The point of this video though is to get organized. Stuff in boxes that has been sitting downstairs that needs to get organized and put in the kitchen. Also ended up going with quartz site instead of quartz. This is Taj Mahal. We got like this beautiful stone. It's so pretty. Cabinet here for like all of our cutting boards. You get new pans, you got to get new Caraway pans. So I just got two new Caraway pans. They're the 4.5 qt saute pan with 12" lid. We had them for a while. We just used them. They were black. So I'm so excited to start in the new house and just have all new clean pans to cook on. I'm going to take out the old pans that match that set. Strainers from Magnolia Home. It's so cute. It's like my serving ware, I guess. We're missing some knobs on our cabinets. Hopefully they'll be coming soon. I'm going to start organizing the drawers. I'm going to put the wax paper in here. And then I have like all my baking sheets. And then I have like all my plastic wrap and sandwich bags. And then I have like all my aluminum foil. And then I have like all my plates. I put all my baking stuff up here that way it's in this corner of the kitchen so it's easy to grab. Look at this pattern. So pretty. Pre-pleated. So I'll be able to use my mini corning ware. I can't wait to use this Dutch oven. I'm going to learn how to use her. I'm going to take a little lunch break. So come back for part two.
