Farmers market orzo pasta salad recipe with sticky hot honey chicken thighs. Elated to partner with Crate and Barrel and launch Caraway Coastline. I had the most fabulous morning at the farmers market. Everything was so colorful and I felt so inspired to make a really delicious dinner using my Caraway Coastline collection. KDM meets Coastline, available exclusively at Crate and Barrel. I'm obsessed with this new stunning color. I was also doing a crispy rosemary focaccia bread with some little dimples with dried flowers flaky salt. I always love cooking with Caraway because of how reliable it is. So much versatility in the collection from the food storage containers to of course the pots and pans themselves. My produce could not have been more colorful and beautiful. All of this would get roasted away so that I had a really nice layered flavor in the orzo. I also did some balsamic honey roasted figs which get so sticky and delicious. Caraway's ceramic nonstick is so easy to clean. This orzo salad is seriously a rainbow. It smelled so amazing with this additional lemon zest and lemon juice. A little trick here is to add some pasta water at the end to really bring all those flavors together. The best part about this recipe is you can also make it ahead and leave it in the fridge. My lemon and herb marinated chicken thighs got some really amazing color in my Caraway pan. And just like that it was time to serve up this fabulous seasonal colorful dinner. So happy with how all of this turned out. I think you would all really love the approachability of these recipes while still being very impressive. The flavor on this was just insane. I even got to look forward to leftovers using the fantastic Caraway food storage containers. I hope you all try the recipe with Caraway Coastline.
