Equity equals power👇 This Shark Tank pitch revealed a harsh truth: the co-founder who helped build the company from day one had zero equity. Every contribution she made had gone unrecognized. The Sharks refused to proceed until the company corrected this injustice. She finally received her fair share, showing that even in business, justice can prevail when people in power step in. The lesson is simple: if you’re building, you should be owning. Don’t let loyalty alone dictate your value. True partnership means shared rewards, and understanding equity is non-negotiable if you want real influence and control. 💭 What are your thoughts on this?
