Let's make Nando's pasta. This is everything you're going to need. So, get your pasta on to boil. I just throw a kettle of boiling water in it rather than waiting for it to heat up. Do your own thing. But very importantly, salt your pasta water. Then I'm back to the usual onion cutting session, but I'm mixing it up and cutting up a pepper first today. So, I cut up a red pepper and a red onion. Then I just threw them in my pan with a wee bit of oil just to sweat down. And then I'm cheating again with the protein tonight. It's a pack of peri-peri chicken. I've been out all day. Easy peasy. Anyway, onions and peppers have cooked down a wee bit, so I put my chicken in and then I just season it. So, some Lazy garlic, some paprika, some peri-peri salt, some parsley, and some garlic seasoning as well, because who doesn't like garlic? And then I put a full bottle of the Nando's medium peri-peri sauce in it. If you don't really like it spicy, don't use the full bottle, because this is quite hot. And then my favorite pasta base, a tub of Philadelphia. Throw that in. Somebody commented saying if you use the protein Philadelphia, I think she said it was only 144 calories, so if you're watching your weight, maybe use that one. I should maybe take my own advice. Anyway, gave it a taste to see if it needed anything, and I added in some extra paprika and aromat, just because I feel like I put them in everything. And everything, it tastes good. I then spoon my pasta in with some of the pasta water just to thin it out, and then I drain the rest of it. Then I whack that in, gave it a stir about, and threw it in a bowl with some chili flakes and parsley on top of it. And there's Sunday's dinner, Nando's pasta. Thanks for watching.
