Pottery Barn decided to dupe my small business @Curio Blvd and make a shittier version of our products with crappier materials instead of doing the right thing and working with my brand. What makes it even worse is that I emailed their buyer three times back in May specifically about carrying our Keepsake Cases, and never heard back. Then I woke up this morning to see dupes of our Keepsake Cases on their website. There is truly nothing more infuriating as a small business owner than spending years designing and perfecting a product, trying to get in front of a major retailer, and then watching that retailer come out with their own version instead! #SmallBusiness #potterybarn #keepsakebox #memorybox #jewelrybox
