the salad I'm obsessed with right now. Without fail, I make this salad at least once a week. Let's start with a head of celery. This is definitely inspired by the "Vera" channel salad. I love how fresh it is. And the most important thing is it's really freaking easy to make and it comes together in no time. I do here making celery. All right. Celery. Gorgeous. This part is totally optional. But I love the anise flavor. And I love fennel. Slice it in half. I'm gonna take out the outer leaves. Oh, so good. Definitely think I need a bigger bowl. I'm gonna put it in this bowl because she's bigger. So we have parmesan cheese. I want a lot of cheese. Now, one lemon. Zest and juiced. He hit it somewhere. Where is it? I think he's that's why he keeps going to the door. He's looking for it. Olive oil. Right on top. Salt. And toss. Oh. The best. Make sure it all gets evenly incorporated. Mmm. So yummy. It's messy to eat, but it's so pretty. My god. Make it.
