NEW Trader Joe's Swedish Princess Cake 👑✨

I can’t say no cake especially a Swedish princess cake. Of course Trader Joe’s releases the Swedish Princess Cake while I’m trying to eat healthy, but you only live once so sweet treats. Let’s try it. Here she is. It looks pretty good for a freezer cake. So this is the Swedish Princess Cake. It’s sponge cake with raspberry and custard and wrapped in marzipan and it’s always this pretty green color. You are supposed to let the cake thaw out for 6 to 7 hours in your fridge, but for the sake of this video and for my bedtime, it sat on my counter for about an hour and a half in my 80 degree apartment. So let’s give it a try. Hopefully it’s not too frozen. Oh my goodness. I feel like I’m on the Great British Baking Show. It looks great. Let’s see if it passes the test. TJ’s, I’m impressed. It obviously is still a little bit cold and user error on my end, but the cream is definitely very fluffy and light. You can absolutely taste the raspberry. Mmm. The marzipan isn’t too thick and gloopy either. Overall for $8, this is a great find. I feel like it would be really cute for somebody’s birthday with one singular candle in the middle.
