I honestly don't know why she would say this but she was basically implying that it's not uncommon and almost normal for brand new iPhones to come with slight defects. Before I continue, this time I do want to make a disclaimer that yes, this is a very first world problem and I'm very happy and grateful to have gotten a new phone at all. But that's exactly why I would expect and want it to be in perfect condition. If you guys are wondering what happened to the first 18 Pro I bought, I posted it a few videos back, but because of that, I went in yesterday to exchange it. And the first lady was having a bit of trouble looking for the scratch because the lighting and it is very, very small. And so I took a shot, I tried to find the scratch for her to show her. And as I was doing so, she goes, you know, you can exchange it today and get a new one, but the next one might be the same. And I go, what do you mean? And then this is what she said. She goes, oh, well, you can swap it and swap and swap it for new ones, but the phones are going to come with imperfections sometimes. I'm going to explore all the new updates that there are, test the camera out. And yeah, I'm just so excited to use her. What? I'm sorry, what?
