My book went live on my dad's birthday.

My book went live on my dad's birthday. First time today, I saw my book is live and it's bittersweet. Today is my dad's birthday and my book went live today for pre-orders and it's kind of my birthday present to him of I know he'd be so proud of me. I'm healing and I just got back from Spain walking Silent to Spoken truly, the Camino and I know it's just bittersweet. I am very emotional, very overwhelmed because I know what went into writing that book. It's taken me so many years, I've shelved it, pulled it back off, I've carried so much weight, hurt, pain, rejection, people pleasing for so long. I just didn't know if my words had value, I didn't know if they were important, like I couldn't hear them anymore and then to see my words printed on a page and now they're for the whole world to see, to buy, to read. And so many of you have already pre-ordered, sent so much love and support. Honestly, I have been trying to reacclimate to being home that a friend of mine had to call and tell me that the link was up and live. I've just been so busy with blogging and trying to post and get back into reality that I haven't been keeping up with my emails the way I should, but it truly is amazing. You guys have been amazing, all the love, the support and I just wanted to share it with you. I hope that I give a little bit something back to each one of you. This makes my heart feel full.
