I'm curious to how you guys do it. One of the oddest feelings that I had while I was on the Camino. I just got back if you're new here. I've been gone for 30 days to Spain and one of the oddest feelings that I had the first like week or two was the ability to just be able to do whatever I wanted to do. Like I was only on my time frame. I've always had children, a spouse, family, dogs, and I was able to just get up and do what Jenn wanted to do and it felt so weird. It felt odd. Like I've always been rushed or overwhelmed, hustled and bustled and week one I kind of still was in that like mode of like, oh my gosh, I need to like micromanage everything. I was texting the luggage company, hey, are we on track? Are you delivering? Thinking they're like this crazy woman. Like it's our job to get luggage here and there and everywhere. But I'm curious because it's Monday, I'm back home, it's my first week. It's immediately get up. The dogs need to go for a walk, they need to be fed. Life is kicking in. I have to go meet my daughter for her doctor's appointment. We're going to lunch. Like life is like lifing and I enjoyed being able to be intentional with my time and make sure I was walking and working out and having my prayer time and doing my makeup and getting my hair done and like before I left I was in a bun, no makeup. Sometimes I would literally take a bath to put my pajamas back on. I was just thinking, I'm so busy. Like I have so much going on. I just don't have any me time. So how do you carve out me time in a world that's so demanding and so busy because I really enjoyed it and I know that I can't just check out like that every single day or for the rest of my life. But it was really nice to just have me time and it's not something that I've done often. I'm a recovering people pleaser. I will say I did find my voice along the way. I was able to say no, I can't do that or today I just need to blog because that's kind of like my journaling, my blogging and it's very therapeutic for me to blog and talk with you guys because I love it. So I would go over and write my blog on Just Jelly Podcast. I would read my manuscript. It's finished. We're getting the pre-order links ready right now today. But it's so overwhelming because I've come back home and I'm like, it's bittersweet. I'm like, I kind of miss that daily routine of getting up and just taking care of Jenn, making sure I'm getting breakfast and that my luggage is downstairs by 8:00 a.m. and that all I have to do for the day is walk or bike and meet new people and drink wine for brunch or lunch and have a good meal and then go to bed and then do it all over again. So I'm kind of missing that already. Like how do you stay motivated? How do you carve out you time because I need to practice it. I need to know. All right, I love y'all. Enjoy this Monday and yeah, say hey to Thor. He's back. We're back home. All right, we love y'all. Just stay tuned out there.
