I'm 53 and my husband is 60. Six rules we never break. 👇 (SAVE THIS) ☀️ Rule 1. Morning sunlight before anything. Never after coffee. Never after my phone. First thing, every single morning. Ten minutes of direct morning sun brings cortisol back down — and cortisol is one of the biggest contributors to visible aging that nobody sells a cream for. 🔋 Rule 2. Liposomal NAD every morning — neither of us skips it. Here's the simple truth about NAD: think of it like your body's battery. When you're young that battery is always full. But after 50 it starts to drain — and you feel it in your energy, your skin and how long it takes to recover from anything. Liposomal NAD is the charger. It helps keep that battery fuller for longer so your body has what it needs to keep repairing itself from the inside out. By week three the difference in our skin and energy was something neither of us could explain away. We've taken it every morning since. (Link in bio 🧬) 🥩 Rule 3. Protein at every single meal. 30g minimum. Your skin needs protein to support its structure and firmness and most women over 50 eat half of what their body actually needs. I stopped skipping this three years ago and it changed the texture of my skin before anything else did. 🚶 Rule 4. Movement every single day. Not brutal workouts. Comfortable, conversational, consistent. Circulation shows up in your skin before it shows up anywhere else. 🛏 Rule 5. Silk pillowcase every night. Cotton friction works against your skin for eight hours while you sleep. Silk eliminates it. Small change, real difference. 😴 Rule 6. Lights out by 10:30. Every night. Deep sleep is when your body does its best recovery work. Skip it and the other five rules are just decoration. Six rules. Not one day missed. ✨ Click the link in my bio to grab exactly what I use and swear by 💛 Follow me first so it doesn't get lost! I'm not a doctor, I'm just your average 53 year old. Just sharing what personally worked for me. #womenover50 #agelessbeauty #fitover50 #healthyaging #usa🇺🇸
