I'm 53 and I needed to keep up with my 20-year-old daughter, so I started doing these 10 things: ☀️ 1. Morning sunlight, no sunglasses — ten minutes. Helps bring cortisol back down naturally — one of the biggest contributors to visible aging. 🔋 2. Liposomal NAD+ every morning — my non-negotiable. I held off for two years before I finally tried it. Biggest mistake. After 50 NAD levels decline significantly and the difference in my skin and energy by week three was something I couldn't explain away. I've taken it every morning since. 🧬 💧 3. Water before coffee. You wake up dehydrated. Rehydrate first, or the flat, crepey look deepens by noon. 🥩 4. 30g protein at every meal. Muscle is the anti-aging organ. Most women over 40 eat about half of what their body actually needs. 🧴 5. SPF every day, even indoors. Up to 90% of visible aging is UV damage, and it comes through windows too. 🌙 6. Retinol at night, vitamin C in the morning. Supports cell turnover while you sleep, brightening and skin support by day. 😴 7. Glycine before bed. Helps lower your core temperature for deeper, more restorative sleep. 🐟 8. Omega-3s daily. Supports your skin's natural moisture barrier so it holds hydration and stays resilient. 💆♀️ 9. Gua sha with real pressure. Firm strokes along the jaw and cheekbones. Soft strokes do nothing. 🚶♀️ 10. A daily walk outside. Circulation shows up straight in your skin. Consistency is the whole secret. Boring on purpose. That's exactly why it works. ✨ Click the link in my bio to grab exactly what I use and swear by 💛 Follow me first so it doesn't get lost! I'm not a doctor — I'm just a 53 year old who got tired of "this is just aging" and did her own homework. 💛 Move more. Live fully. Age fearlessly. 💛 #womenover50 # NADplus #fitover50 #antiaging #unitedstatesofamerica
