A strong core is about so much more than just “seeing abs.” 🤍 It helps with posture, balance, stability, lifting, running, and pretty much every movement you do. For a well-rounded core routine, mix different movement patterns: crunch variations for spinal flexion, leg raises and reverse crunches for pelvic control, planks and dead bugs for deep-core stability, and controlled rotational/anti-rotational work for the obliques. One important reminder: you can’t truly isolate “upper” and “lower” abs or spot-reduce belly fat. Your core works together as a system, while certain exercises can simply place more emphasis on different regions. Visible definition also depends heavily on overall body composition, nutrition, genetics, recovery, and consistency. A simple 15–20 minute session 2–3× per week is more than enough when you train with control and gradually make the movements harder over time. Save this one for your next core day. 🫶 📲 Workit App can build a personalized workout program around your goals, experience level, schedule, and favorite exercises—plus help you stay consistent with workouts and nutrition. #AbsWorkout #CoreWorkout #WomensFitness #GymGirl #WorkitApp
