Winter arc doesn’t need to mean doing the most — it means finally getting consistent with a plan you can actually stick to. 🤍 This 4-day split is beginner-friendly, balanced, and gives you enough recovery between sessions so you can build strength without feeling destroyed every time you leave the gym. Monday = glutes + hamstrings Tuesday = upper body Thursday = legs Saturday = full body The goal isn’t to chase exhaustion. Focus on learning the movements, controlling every rep, keeping your form clean, and gradually adding a little weight or a few reps as you get stronger. A few things that will make this plan work even better: prioritize protein, eat enough to support your training, walk regularly, sleep properly, and don’t skip rest days because you feel like you “should” be doing more. Progress comes from training + recovery together. And if you’re brand new to the gym, start lighter than you think you need to. You can always add weight later — good technique first will take you much further than rushing to lift heavy. Save this as your winter arc workout plan and repeat it consistently for the next several weeks. 🫶 📲 Workit App helps you stay consistent with your workouts, steps, nutrition and healthy habits — all in one place.
