If your winter arc starts on October 1st but you genuinely have no idea what exercises to do at the gym, this is exactly the kind of routine to start with. 🤍 This 4-day split keeps things simple, balanced, and beginner-friendly so you’re not walking into the gym feeling lost. Instead of overcomplicating everything, focus on the basics: Monday: glutes Tuesday: upper body Thursday: legs Saturday: full body The goal isn’t to do the “perfect” workout. The goal is to build a routine you can actually stick to. You do not need to lift super heavy, do advanced movements, or know everything on day one. Start with good form, controlled reps, and consistency — that’s what really changes your body over time. A simple plan like this helps you: * train every major muscle group * build confidence in the gym * avoid the “what do I even do today?” feeling * stay more consistent because your workouts are already decided for you And honestly, that’s the biggest part of a successful winter arc: showing up, even when you’re still figuring things out. If you want extra help, 📲 Workit App can help you follow workout programs, stay on track, and make fitness feel a lot less overwhelming. Save this for October 1st and send it to the friend who wants to start but doesn’t know where to begin. ✨ #WinterArc #GymForBeginners #WorkoutPlanForWomen #FitnessMotivation #WorkitApp
