September home workout plan = officially handled 🤍🏠💪 If you’ve been saying “I want to train 4x a week, but I have no idea what to do,” save this carousel and use it as your plan for the month. The split is simple and beginner-friendly: • Monday — Lower Body: squats, RDLs, reverse lunges, hip thrusts, lateral walks + calves • Tuesday — Upper Body: rows, shoulder press, floor press, lateral raises, biceps + triceps • Thursday — Glutes: sumo squats, staggered RDLs, Bulgarian split squats, single-leg bridges, frog pumps + abductions • Saturday — Full Body: squats, RDLs, rows, presses, bridges + farmer carries You don’t need a full gym setup either. A pair of dumbbells, a resistance band, a chair or couch, and a little floor space can take you surprisingly far. The most important part isn’t making every workout harder than the last — it’s making small progress over time. Add a rep, use a slightly heavier dumbbell, improve your control, slow down the lowering phase, or simply perform the movement with better form. And don’t forget the basics outside the workout: keep your daily movement up, eat enough protein, include carbs so you actually have energy to train, sleep properly, and give your muscles time to recover. You do not need a “perfect” September. You need four realistic workouts you can keep showing up for. Consistency will beat an extreme plan you abandon after 10 days every single time. Save this as your September home workout guide 🤍 Send it to the friend who keeps saying she wants to start training at home. 📲 Workit App can help you build workouts, track your training, nutrition and healthy habits, and stay consistent with your fitness goals. #HomeWorkout #WorkoutPlan #BeginnerWorkout #SeptemberFitness #HomeFitness
