A little unexpected setback. Emergency surgery means I’m being forced to stay out of the gym for a few days. But a few days off doesn’t erase the work I’ve put in, and it damn sure doesn’t change where I’m going. Sometimes determination isn’t about pushing harder. Sometimes it’s handling what’s in front of you, recovering, and coming back ready to fight again. I’ll be back soon. Stronger. Hungrier. Still moving forward. 💪 And a huge thank you to everyone who has reached out, checked on me, and sent some encouragement. It means more than you know. ❤️ Setbacks don’t stop the mission. They’re just part of the story. #MikeRebuilt #KeepGoing #ComebackStronger #NeverQuit #Motivation
