When someone posts their physique online, it’s not always about showing off, seeking attention, or trying to impress anyone. Sometimes, they’re just proud of what they’ve been working on. Think of it like someone showing you a project they’ve spent months or even years putting together. Except instead of building something in a garage or painting something on a canvas, they’ve been working on themselves. Every bit of progress represents hours in the gym, thousands of reps, consistency, discipline, and plenty of days when showing up wasn’t easy. And trust me, most of us aren’t looking in the mirror thinking we’ve created some incredible masterpiece. 😂 I’m usually looking in the mirror seeing 12 things I still need to work on. But that’s kind of the point. We’re our own toughest critics. We see the flaws, the areas that need improvement, and how far we still have to go. Sometimes we forget to appreciate how far we’ve already come. Sharing that progress isn’t necessarily about wanting someone else’s approval. Sometimes it’s just a little reminder that all those hours of hard work are actually adding up. It’s not about thinking you’re better than anyone else. It’s about being a little better than the person you were yesterday. And the best part? We’re still working on it. 💪 🔥 Fuel the work: @gorillamind Code MIKEREBUILT gets you 20% OFF through October 16! gorillamind.com/MIKEREBUILT 💪 Grip the work: @versagripps Code MIKEREBUILT saves you 10% on qualifying products. versagripps.com/mikerebuilt 📊 Track the work: @gainsheet Everything from the big paid apps, free.
