But it's morning time, so I'm going to make an avocado toast, which is honestly my favorite use case for the morning for my bread. I think. I think. So I have this Mondo piece. It's literally the size of my face. And it's going to be the best slice of avocado toast. So I have this Mondo piece of bread. I have my garlic butter. I'm going to toast it in my cast iron really quick. Made my eggs, cut up a little tomato. One thing about me, if I'm cutting up tomato, I want it to be thin. Like basically like I can see you. You know what I'm talking about? Buttered slice of sourdough. Oh. Go me. I'm going to mash this apple up. Just going to mash this apple up. More sprinkle of salt. Oh. No. I broke the yolk. Then our tomatoes. A little pearl peppers. I think I need to cut this in half. See if I can pick this up without dropping every pepper I have on here. Oh my gosh, this looks divine.
