the most high maintenance sleep routine 💀 I have an extremely high maintenance sleep routine, so let's go through it. I start with my double line blackout shades because I really hate light. So I strategically place the pillows to lean against the shade so no light peeks through. I turn on my white noise machine. This is my saving Grace cause I cannot sleep with any bit of sound. I cover the dot of light on the light switches cause it will literally keep me awake. Then eye mask, earbuds to block out more noise, magnesium spray for my feet, and Chapstick. I genuinely cannot sleep if I don't have these earbuds in. I grab my blankie I always sleep with and then I spray my feet with magnesium. And then I always start the night on my back and I place the blanket around my head like this because it just makes me feel safe and secure. Goodnight.
