I've been seeing everybody making their like bedtime basket or bed pouch but I haven't seen anybody do an anxiety version. So here is my bed basket/bed pouch as a girly with serious anxiety. If you struggle with anxiety or you've struggled with anxiety in the past, like sleep is honestly one of the hardest things. Like I've always had a really hard time falling asleep, staying asleep, etc. And I feel like having a really good sleep ritual and sleep routine when you do struggle with your anxiety makes such a difference. So, we're gonna start with our supplements because I just don't know how anybody can take sleep supplements and not have them. So, I'm gonna be so honest with you. Right now the lineup is "lemme sleep". This is pretty much the only sleep supplement that I've found that one actually helps me fall asleep, two helps me stay asleep, three does not make me feel so groggy the next day. Next are my sleep sprays and lotions. So, this is one of my favorites by Dr. Teal's. It's great if you spray it on your pillows or on your like fresh sheets. And my mom also got me this one. This is the body lotion. It's a specific sleep lotion so it's melatonin and essential oils. If you put it on your hands and your feet oddly and calming, relaxing sense helps a lot. And then we're going into some of the more like niche anxiety things. My mom also got me these for my anxiety. I have some of these like sensory things. I like to keep on my bedside situation. When I'm feeling stressed and when I'm feeling anxious, especially at night, it could be really helpful to like literally just play with one of these. It's more of a glam type of situation, but I really loved adding a red light mask into my sleep routine. I use the "current body" one. I'm obsessed with it. I've also noticed a change in my skin and I'm a big fan. The next thing I have is more of a lotion that I really love. I actually use this in the morning but at night, it's like very soothing to me too. This is the best scent ever. As you can tell, I literally went through the whole bottle, but this is one of my favorites before bed. Sleep mask for anxiety. It's a game changer. I really want to get one of the weighted ones. So if anyone has any suggestions, let me know. But this is just a silk one. The silk is also really nice. If you have anxiety, I found it to be like very helpful sensorially as opposed to other sleep masks, but a sleep mask for me is always going to be in the best side pouch. I also found that having like a very engaging book before bed. It's one of the best ways to calm down your anxiety and to get your brain to calm down and be invested in something else. Honestly, finding reading a book that is like going to immerse you in the plot is one of the best ways to calm down your anxiety before bed. Anyways, these are just some random things in my bedside pouch as a girly with a lot of anxiety and a lot of trouble sleeping in general. If you have any tips on like good bedside products, let me know.
