Really enjoying my latest all-inclusive hospital vacation. 😂 Unfortunately, the gym is NOT included in the resort amenities, so I’m being forced to miss workouts. On the bright side, apparently dehydration and blood loss are one hell of a cutting program. 💀😂 Would NOT recommend the method… but I can’t argue with the definition. 😂💪 But seriously—this is just another setback, not the ending. I’ve rebuilt before. I’ll rebuild again. The weights will still be there when I get back. And so will the version of me that refuses to stay down. Rest. Recover. Reload. Then it’s comeback season.
