You might never want turkey another way after trying this recipe. 👀🧡 Slow Cooker Mississippi Turkey Breast is made with boneless turkey breast, ranch seasoning, au jus, a stick of butter, and tangy pepperoncini; turn the cooking liquid into an easy gravy and spread over mashed potatoes! 😋 Scroll down or tap the link in our bio for full recipe details. ⤵️ Ingredients: 3 to 4 pounds boneless turkey breast 1 (1 ounce) packet au jus mix 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix 8 pepperoncini peppers 3 tablespoons pepperoncini brine from the jar 1 stick butter 2/3 cup cold water 2 tablespoons flour Directions: Place turkey breast into the slow cooker and sprinkle with au jus and ranch seasonings. Add pepperoncini along with 3 tablespoons brine from the jar. Place the stick of butter on top. Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours or on High for 4 to 4 1/2 hours. Remove turkey breast from the slow cooker and set aside to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Meanwhile, use a small strainer or slotted spoon to remove any large floating bits from the liquid. Whisk together cold water and flour until smooth. Stir flour mixture into the slow cooker liquid until well incorporated. Cover and cook on High until gravy has thickened, 10 to 15 minutes.
