You can fix a door that is rubbing at the top with a crescent wrench. What you want to do here is take that top hinge pin and then pop it out. Then you want to grab some wood shims and just shim the top of the door over so that the gap is pretty much parallel. And now you see how those loops are out of alignment, you want to just take the crescent wrench, grip it onto the loops that are actually attached to the door and then bend them back into alignment. Slap the pin back in there and a crescent wrench is one of the handiest tools you can own.
