Transcript

Don't try this if you don't want to gain weight and grow your glutes. So I saw this recipe online and decided to try it. This recipe here also nourishes the skin. First thing first, I go in with my banana. You don't need a whole bunch of banana before you can try this. Four is enough. Then I went in with my apple. I sliced it into small pieces. I've seen people asking, what can they use apart from groundnut? You can use cashew nut as well. As you can see, that's what I used because I don't like groundnuts. Then I went in with my powdered milk. I added like three or two spoons. If you want, you can add more. Then lastly, I went in with my liquid milk. Can you see how appetizing and sexy it looks? When you are done adding your liquid milk, you stir till they marry each other. Stir generously. Continue stirring it till you are satisfied. So tell me, would you be trying this recipe or have you tried it? What is your experience with it? So if you want to grow your bum bum and add weight, try this recipe and thank me later. Bye.
