F1 FANS FRUSTRATED BY POOR CROWD MANAGEMENT AT SEPANG
Fans are bemoaning the apparent lack of coordination at the Sepang International Circuit
after day one of the Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia race weekend on Friday (Oct 2).
Even before the practice session started, one attendee "gave up waiting for the shuttle bus"
and walked nearly 1.5km from the Visitor Centre to the G Hillstand.
Massive queues also formed as people tried to leave.
"Queue totally collapsed and people jumped barriers to rush over to buses," wrote one attendee, adding that
there was no security enforcing the lines.
Another warned: "Someone will get hurt."
